5. After receiving the goods, be sure to sign for the goods after inspection, any problems such as damage will be rejected, and the problems such as damage will be found after signing, our company can not negotiate with the express;
6. Due to damage to the packaging during the transportation process, the appearance of the product is damaged, the distributor can ask the customer to reject it on the spot, if it can not be rejected face to face, you can contact the delivery Courier within 24 hours of receiving the goods (express bill without the recipient's signature), and the Courier company can return it free of charge. If you do not follow this procedure, the returned Courier fee and the Courier fee that need to be rescheduled will be handled by the distributor and the customer through negotiation, and the factory will not bear the Courier fee.
7. If there is no reason to return goods within seven days, the distributor shall urge the customer to return the goods to the factory without affecting the secondary sales. Return freight should be paid by the customer, the factory does not bear the Courier costs;
8. If the machine is returned to the factory and the metal or glass parts are damaged due to transportation, the factory will reject this part, and the distributor will negotiate with the relevant departments for compensation. The factory will charge the costs related to distribution.
